*NEW* PODCAST: S1E08 - Kory Babington
Kory began his elite coaching career in 2002 when he was appointed FNSW development coach and Sutherland Area manager, a role he would remain in until 2008. In 2007 he became FNSW U14 coach for two years before his appointment as head coach of Blacktown City Demons U20s in 2010. Following the season with Blacktown City, Kory was appointed head coach of St. George FC in the NSW Super League, remaining there until 2012. From 2008 until 2014, Kory oversaw the targeted sports program at Endeavour Sports High School, during which time he became the Western Sydney Wanderers NYL assistant coach in 2012. Kory is currently the director of football at Westfields Sports High School and holds an AFC A Licence. 
We talk to Kory about the High Performance Pilot Program run with Football Federation Australia, the use of individualised Performance Plans and why the school has been so successful, with graduates such as Aaron Mooy, Mathew Ryan and Harry Kewell.
